The staff at the front desk were amazing! They were really nice too help us, from providing directions to recommending places to visit. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with fine views of the snow-covered mountains. Plus, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
The room was a bit basic and the furniture seemed a bit cheap. the TV had very limited channels and there was no English channel available.

We stayed in a hotel just outside the main centre of town, in a more peaceful part by the beautiful riverbank. The location was perfect, as we were close to the sights we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious and clean, with a big bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the peaceful courtyard and the free internet in the common areas.
The carpets in the rooms were a bit grungy.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was very close to the city center without getting all the noise. The hotel was also within walking distance of the bus stations, making it convenient for us to explore this city. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and informative, always providing excellent advice when needed. The breakfast at the hotel was presented with many choices and was a relaxing way to start the day. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were also great.

Easy walk to shops and Alhambra. Underground car park opposite. Luxurious with old charm. Nice park opposite for river stroll. Friendly staff. Extensive breakfast buffet. Safe area.
